These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of thevegaslab.com (the "Site"), operated by Jaxbird LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Wyoming, United States. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Description of Service

The Vegas Lab provides:

  • Free browser-based casino game simulators (currently craps and roulette) that use virtual chips with no monetary value
  • An educational content library of strategy articles covering game mechanics, probability, and betting mathematics
  • An optional premium membership that provides an ad-free experience

The Vegas Lab is an entertainment and educational platform. It is not a gambling site.

2. No Real Money Gambling

All simulators on The Vegas Lab use virtual chips exclusively. No real money is wagered, won, or lost at any time. Virtual chips, credits, and any simulated currency have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, cashed out, transferred, or redeemed for real money, prizes, goods, or services of any kind. Purchase of a premium membership does not constitute a wager or bet.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use The Vegas Lab. In jurisdictions where the legal gambling age is higher than 18, you must meet the locally applicable age requirement, even though The Vegas Lab does not involve real-money gambling. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement.

4. Account Registration

Account registration is optional. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Premium Membership

Premium membership is a one-time payment of $6.99 for six months of ad-free access. Key terms:

  • Premium provides an ad-free experience only — it does not provide gameplay advantages
  • The payment is not recurring. Your card will not be charged again automatically
  • All sales are final. No refunds are issued for premium memberships
  • When your six-month period expires, you may purchase another period if you wish
  • All simulators and content remain accessible to all users regardless of membership status

Payments are processed by Stripe. Charges will appear as JAXBIRD VEGASLAB on your statement.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to any other person
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code of our simulators or any other software on the Site
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access, download, or reproduce content from the Site without our written permission
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content, code, or materials from the Site without our written permission
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or its infrastructure
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures, access controls, or usage restrictions

7. Intellectual Property

All content on The Vegas Lab — including but not limited to text, articles, graphics, images, logos, simulator code, game mechanics, user interface designs, and branding — is the property of Jaxbird LLC or its content creators and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any materials from this Site without our prior written consent.

8. Content Disclaimer

Strategy articles and educational content are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for mathematical accuracy, The Vegas Lab makes no guarantees about the effectiveness of any strategy, system, or approach in real casino play. 9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all its content and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jaxbird LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

In particular, we are not liable for any financial losses incurred by any person who applies information from this website at real casinos, online gambling platforms, or any other real-money gambling venue. Users who choose to gamble with real money do so entirely at their own risk and responsibility.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

17. Entire Agreement
